Technical Sales Engagement Manager

Squadex is a fast growing technology consulting and engineering company headquartered in Silicon Valley with the large R&D center in Ukraine. We offer DevOps & Data Science expertise to emerging startups and well-established enterprises at the US market.

The Role

We are looking for Technical Sales Engagement Manager to reinforce our business development team. As an Engagement Manager, you will seek for new opportunities within our existing client accounts and engage with prospective clients. This role directly interacts with tech decision makers on the client side and works closely with the subject matter experts at Squadex.

In this role, you will

  • Act as a frontline contact person to process inbound customer requests
  • Understand customer’s business, goals & challenges, identify solution-driven opportunities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on designing solutions relevant to the customer out of the existing service portfolio and beyond
  • Prepare a proposal and present it in front of the customer with the support of technical experts
  • Lead the entire customer journey from the initial contact through to project hand-off to a development team
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts, design relevant service offering out of the organization’s portfolio
  • Establish and manage efficient and scalable sales-funnel methodology & process.

Your KPIs would be

  • Number of prospects converted into customers
  • Number of proposals have been prepared and pitched
  • The timeframe of 3 months is provided to make a significant difference to what’s currently being made.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in professional services, consulting or sales within enterprise software delivery sector
  • Understanding of DevOps & Big Data practices, value proposition, microservices architecture, integration phases
  • Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
  • Advanced spoken & written English (IELTS 7.0+ equivalent).

Good to have

  • Work experience with NA & EU markets
  • Experience in working with Enterprise Architects, IT Managers, Lead Data Scientists & DevOps Engineers, Software Engineering Directors
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
