VP of Sales


Squadex is a fast growing technology consulting and engineering company headquartered in Silicon Valley with the large R&D center in Ukraine and Russia. We offer DevOps & Data Science expertise to emerging startups and well-established enterprises at the US market.

The Role

We are looking for a VP of Sales to reinforce our business development team. As a VP of Sales, you will design a sales approach from scratch to generate new business for our company. We are open and more than welcome new ideas. You will be free to create a new approach in the sales process. This job would be a great fit for both a young and ambitious person, who is ready to create something new, and for an established professional experienced in sales. This role directly interacts with decision makers on the client side and works closely with the subject matter experts at Squadex.

In this role, you will

  • Develop sales mechanism
  • Create partner network
  • Work with business to define new lines of services

Your KPIs would be

  • Number of prospects converted into customers
  • The timeframe of 3 months is provided to make a significant difference to what’s currently being made

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in professional services, consulting or sales within enterprise software delivery sector
  • Understanding of DevOps & Big Data practices, value proposition, microservices architecture, integration phases
  • Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
  • Advanced spoken & written English (IELTS 7.0+ equivalent)

Good to have

  • Work experience with NA markets
  • Experience in working with Enterprise Architects, IT Managers, Lead Data Scientists & DevOps Engineers, Software Engineering Directors
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
